My stay was a mix of highlights and challenges. The spacious room offered comfort with amenities like a fridge and microwave, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Still, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night, and cleanliness is definitely an area needing improvement. Bring your own snacks, as no breakfast is available.

The staff at American Inn & Suites Lax Airport were super friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The room was comfortable and included a fridge, which was handy for our snacks. Plus, it was conveniently located close to LAX, and the WiFi worked perfectly.

The location is a major plus, being a quick $15 Uber ride from the airport. The parking situation is plentiful, which is a bonus for those with a vehicle.

The room has clearly seen better days, with worn and stained carpeting that feels like it’s stuck in a time warp. The mattress sags, leading to uncomfortable nights, and it's hard to ignore the lingering scent of smoke from nearby rooms. Additionally, the spa tub didn’t function, leaving a spacious suite feel less than fulfilling. The area around can feel a bit sketchy after dark.

The service is exceptional, with staff members providing courteous assistance, especially during check-in and out. Rooms are spacious and clean, allowing for a restful experience. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub in the suite was not cleaned well before our arrival, impacting our stay. Although the price was reasonable for the room and it was ideally located for a quick ride from the airport, the overlooked tub was disappointing.

Great stay in a clean King Room. I loved that the AC worked perfectly and the room was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Definitely my new go-to for relaxation with uninterrupted rest!
